The organization Code for America hosts their National Day of Civic Hacking this year on August 11, 2018. During this day, cities and towns from around the country host an event with the goal of fixing various civic services that might be missing from their community. The theme of this year's event is "housing," and Burlington is taking part with organizers Code for BTV, Vermont Affordable Housing Coalition, and the Vermont Housing Finance Agency. Their goal is to work on five different website needs within the world of Vermont's statewide housing services.
