Panelists discuss the impact of President Trump's proposed budget on VT, if it passes, and specifically how the nonprofit sector will be affected and needs to respond. Panelists include, John Killacky, Flynn Center for the Performing Arts; Martha Maksym, Deputy Secretary of Human Services; Kate Ash, Field Representative for Senator Leahy; Amila Merdzanovic, Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program. Common Good Vermont's annual legislative day will introduce new legislative leaders, issue briefings and focus on the changing federal impact on local resources.
