Governor Phil Scott, Vermont’s Congressional Delegation, former Senator Leahy and other community leaders join GlobalFoundries CEO Dr. Thomas Caulfield and other leaders to discuss the hundreds of millions of CHIPS and Science Act funding that will support modernization of GF’s longest continuously operated fab and the nation’s first and largest Trusted 200mm facility in Essex Junction. He is joined by Senator Bernie Sanders, Senator Peter Welch, and Rep. Becca Balint.
