At a Tuesday morning press conference at Burlington International Airport, Rep. Peter Welch will announce legislation to crack down on egregious bonuses for executives of financial institutions receiving government assistance.

Welch will make the announcement as he prepares to return to Washington for the start of the 2010 legislative year.
