Description

From Andrea Marion:

This 20-minute guided mindfulness practice is about readiness and intention to be mindful. To give your present moment experience all your attention. It will be as if you are ready to catch a softball or baseball when the batter hits it high in the air and you are in the outfield READY to catch it. All your mind and body are in preparation to catch this ball. It's important! and you are focused. It's the same for mindfulness - to have the intention to catch the moment in practice or in everyday life. Hosted by Andrea Marion - volunteer mindfulness leader.

Community Mindfulness started meeting in 2014, thanks to a grant from the Vermont Community Foundation to the City of Winooski. For information on the weekly Zoom/In Person Community Mindfulness practice and discussion, contact andreamarion193@gmail.com.
