A public forum on the FY 2015 state budget, held over Vermont Interactive Technologies closed-circuit network. A second forum is scheduled for November 5th. The Forums consist of brief introductory remarks by Secretary of Administration Jeb Spaulding, a short FY 2015 fiscal update by Commissioner Reardon, with the remainder of the time devoted to questions and comments from the attendees.
