On Tuesday, the committee took testimony on S.59 a bill that would make technical changes to Open Meeting Law. The committee heard from representatives of the Vermont League of Cities and Towns, Vermont Economic Development Authority, Brattleboro’s Town Manager, the Secretary of State’s office, and the Vermont CUDs.
