Walkthrough of S.55 Update to Open Meeting Law at the Senate Committee on Government Operations.

On Wednesday, the committee had a walkthrough of a new draft of the bill and voted it out 6-0-0. Links to the version voted on and committee meeting are below. VAN is included with one designee on the Working Group, with the first meeting being held on or before Sept 1, 2024. On THURSDAY the bill was referred to the Senate Appropriations Committee.
