U.S. Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.) hosts a virtual roundtable to discuss the chaos and confusion caused by President Trump’s illegal freeze of federal funding. This event will be open to press, who are encouraged to attend and hear directly from impacted Vermont organizations and Senator Welch.

On Tuesday, Senator Welch took to the Senate floor to blast the Trump Administration’s new order. Vermonters are invited to share how President Trump’s federal grant and loan freeze will impact their family, farm, or community by sharing their story on Senator Welch’s website.
