Rep. Welch hosts a press conference highlighting $1,150,000 of Congressionally-directed community funding to the Vermont Care Partners’ Wheels and Waves Program. The funding, which Rep. Welch pushed for, will help create an innovative approach to treat opiate use disorder by increasing access to medication assisted treatment in Vermont.
