South Burlington City Center Project

    Ilona Blanchard, Project Director with the City of South Burlington, and John Jaeger from South Burlington Realty speak to the history, and current status of South Burlington's City Center Project.  The project recently was confirmed State designation as a 'Tax Incremental Financing District (TIF)', funds from which will be applied towards building environmental, transportation and placemaking projects in order to establish City Center as the downtown heart of the community.
