Lea Terhune, an artist and activist in Burlington, talks with host Margaret Harrington about how the Burlington City Council passed a resolution in 2018 concerning the Everyone Loves a Parade Mural in Leahy Way. No part of the resolution has been acted upon and the deadline for the change in the description on the plaque has passed by 6 months.
