CCTV hosts the Vermont Council on World Affairs for one of their Department of State International Visitor Leadership Programs (IVLP), welcoming an international delegation of 24 experts, speaking with CCTV about empowering citizens and promoting open government through broadcasting of public proceedings and civic engagement.
