From the Mayor's Office:

Mayor Weinberger, Mayor-elect Mulvaney-Stanak, and community partners raise the Burlington Trans Pride Flag at City Hall to recognize Trans Day of Visibility. The Burlington Trans Pride Flag was developed as part of the City’s Trans People Belong campaign, and the flag raised at City Hall was sewn by a community member.

Guests include Mayor Miro Weinberger, Mayor-elect Emma Mulvaney-Stanak, City Councilor Joe Magee, Em Russo from the Pride Center, Robin from Outright Vermont, and community members.
