Attorney General Charity Clark announces the filing of a major environmental lawsuit. The lawsuit is the first major suit filed during her tenure as Attorney General.
Attorney General Clark is joined by members of her office’s Environmental Protection Unit as well as a representative of the Agency of Natural Resources.
