Description
Donald Trump's visit to Burlington, VT spurs this counter celebration of the new 1Love Initiative for Racial Justice & Safe Communities across the street from where candidate Trump will speak. Community leaders and members share and learn about current initiatives for more just communities and celebrate the work we need to build an independent political movement for change. This event is coordinated by Rights & Democracy VT, with participation of groups involved with the 1Love Initiative and others working for more just communities to share their work including, Peace & Justice Center, Vermont Interfaith Action, Vermont Workers' Center, Justie For All, Champlain Area NAACP, Vermonters For Criminal Justice Reform and Justicia Migrante Migrant Justice.
